Terms of Service
I am unwilling to draw:
Fetish content. Anything bigoted, hateful, homophobic, etc. No politics. I am willing to draw:
Literally anything else!
> I hold the right to approve or deny any commission request.> Commissioner must be at least 16 years of age.> 50% of payment will be made upfront. The other 50% will be paid after a sketch has been approved by the commissioner. Payment plans can be discussed for long term projects and anything above $100. Payments will be done through Ko-fi (preferred) or PayPal. Please do not send me payment until I tell you to do so.> Commissioners may make requests for major changes to the initial sketch and at no other point, but small changes are fine throughout. I will send work in progress photos fairly often. Finished commissions are non refundable.> A standard digital commission is likely to take a 3-6 days, give or take. Traditional commissions will vary wildly in completion time with the added caveat of shipping times for arrival. > Visual references are preferred. If you do not have visual references, please be prepared to give a very detailed description of what you want. Complexity of characters or scenes may influence prices slightly (you will be notified if this is the case).
Usage Rights
> Do not claim my work as your own. > You are free to post it with credit to me. > Commissioners are allowed to use the drawing for personal use unless stated otherwise, print the drawing, post or otherwise use the art to promote the commissioner, and claim the rights to their character(s). > Do NOT remove my signature or watermark from any drawing. > A commission may not be used for AI training, cryptocurrency or NFTs. If you would like to use a commission for commercial purposes, we can talk about that in order to discuss differences in pricing beforehand. Otherwise, it is not to be used for commercial purposes.. > If there are any other specific uses that may require different terms for user rights (such as the use of commissions under Creative Commons) we can talk about that.
